Josef's Elegante Meats & Deli is owned and operated by Pat and Nanette Falcone. Pat and Nanette named their shop after their two fathers both named Joseph and both butchers. Pat's youngest son Patrick is the Operations Manager and oldest son Joe helps with weekend meat cutting and catering operations.
